I support tradeshows and events through a fully integrated marketing approach that spans digital promotion, on-site execution, and post-event engagement. My role goes beyond planning and coordination — I build the systems, content, and assets that drive attendance, support business development, and extend the life of each event well beyond the show floor.

The sections below highlight the different ways I promote and support events before, during, and after they take place.

Digital Promotion

I create integrated digital assets to promote event attendance before, during, and after each show. This includes custom event landing pages with built-in meeting request forms, homepage hero banners, and supporting email campaigns designed to drive traffic and generate qualified meeting requests.

I also manage event listings on the website to ensure upcoming shows are clearly promoted and always current.

The goal is simple: make it easy for prospects to find us, request a meeting, and engage with the brand well before we ever arrive on site.

Social Media Promotion

I create and manage event-focused social media content to build awareness and drive engagement ahead of key industry events. This includes designing custom event graphics, writing post copy, and publishing coordinated announcements across LinkedIn to promote attendance and encourage meeting requests.

Content is timed strategically in the weeks leading up to each event and aligned with website landing pages, email campaigns, and meeting request forms. During events, I also capture and share real-time updates to extend reach and keep the audience engaged while the event is happening.

The result is consistent, professional event visibility that supports business development and reinforces the brand’s presence before, during, and after each show.

On-Site Event Promotion

While attending events, I create real-time, on-site promotional video content to extend reach beyond the show floor and drive traffic back to the booth. I work directly with business development team members to capture short, authentic video clips inviting prospects to connect in person.

I handle everything on the spot — setting up audio with a wireless microphone, providing light scripting or talking points when helpful, recording footage at the booth, and editing the video on-site. Finished videos are published to LinkedIn during the event to create immediate visibility and momentum while the show is happening.

This approach allows events to be promoted in real time, not just before and after, combining live content creation with digital marketing strategy to maximize impact and support business development conversations.

Post-Show Parties

For post-show events, I create cohesive promotional and on-site assets that guide attendees from invitation to arrival.

This includes designing the event invitation, on-site signage, and supporting materials such as bar signage and transportation signage to ensure guests clearly understand where to go and how to get there. These touchpoints help create a seamless transition from the tradeshow floor to the off-site event, while reinforcing branding and maintaining a polished, intentional experience throughout the evening.
