When I attend tradeshows and industry events, I don’t just support logistics—I actively promote the event in real time. On-site, I create short, high-impact video content designed to drive booth traffic, increase visibility, and support business development while the event is happening.
I work directly with business development team members at the booth, capturing quick, authentic videos inviting attendees to come meet us. I handle everything end-to-end—from setting up audio with a wireless microphone, guiding the message with light scripting or prompts if needed, filming, editing on site, and publishing the content to social media the same day.
This real-time approach allows the brand to stay visible throughout the event, not just before it starts, and gives the sales team immediate, relevant content they can share and leverage while conversations are happening.
